CONDITIONS
Stud Owner Agrees to:

1. Have the stud dog in good physical condition.
2. Sign litter registration promptly.
3. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.
4. Provide a 4 generation pedigree
5. Provide a copy of AKC DNA Profile

Bitch Owner Agrees to:

1. Pay deposit of $300 stud fee at the time of mating and pay the remainder of the stud fee within 7 days after the birth of the litter.
2. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
3. Not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the wholesale or resale business of dogs (puppy mills / puppy brokers / pet shops).
4. Provide proof of a negative brucellosis test.
5. Register litter with the American Kennel Club and provide stud dog owner with copies if requested.
6. Sell any white puppies or any colored not allowed by the standard (more than 1/3 white) on limited registration only.
7. Provide stud dog owner with names, addresses, sales price and telephone numbers of puppy buyers if requested
8. Keep accurate breeding records, registration papers, pedigrees and contracts.

Stud Fee Considerations:

1. Stud Fee is $600 or the highest sale price of one colored puppy, whichever is lower.
2. No live puppies or one live colored puppy at birth - no stud fee – deposit will be refunded with 7 days.
3. Two live colored puppies at birth- 1/2 the highest sale price of one colored puppy.
4. Three or more live colored puppies at birth – highest sale price of one colored puppy.

Gilmour is shown above winning in Long Island, NY as a 2 year old. Gilmour is 24” at the withers, has a square build, lovely head, attractive markings, tight feet, excellent topline, and correct tail set. He is as charming as he is beautiful. He combines playfulness with strong protective instinct. Once properly introduced, you will be his new best friend. He gets along well with other dogs and loves children. Since Boxers are known to have heart problems, he was Doppler tested in May, 2002. The veterinary cardiologist found no abnormalities, no cardiomyopathy, no evidence of ventricular disease or congestive heart failure, no arrythmias and found good cardiac structure and form.
